The Mission of the Lindsey Rae Foundation is to enhance the lives of children with Down syndrome through recreation, social activities, and educational opportunities.

The Lindsey Rae Foundation was established in 1996 by Robert and Lisa Hoddinott, parents of a child with Down syndrome, with the help of family and friends. Through networking with other parents, they realized that in many areas throughout their community a deficiency in available opportunities exists for children with disabilities. To make an effective difference in the lives of children with Down syndrome and similar developmental disabilities, the foundation has created the following recreational, social and educational opportunities.
